Spring 2021 COVID-19 Testing Requirements and Protocols

Updated: Mar 5, 2021

Non-Resident Recommended Testing Testing is strongly recommended for non-resident students with face-to-face classes, experiential learning, or on-campus activities. Testing is also strongly recommended for employees required to be on campus, especially those who have traveled or attended gatherings over the holidays. Negative test results do not need to be submitted; however, positive test results are required to be submitted to the LewisU App.

Find a Nearby COVID-19 Testing Site Visit NACCHO to find the website for a nearby health department. The local health department website will have testing locations and times. For example, the Will County Health Department website, Will County Health Department, lists sites in the area. The LewisU App also features a link on the COVID-19 Hotline tile to find a COVID-19 testing site near you.

Submit Proof of COVID-19 Testing on the LewisU App Now The LewisU App has a link to submit a positive test result. Students who have tested positive after October 4, 2020, can submit their test results on the LewisU App now to avoid the rush in January.
